Studio Policies
Welcome to our studio! Please read the following policies carefully to ensure a smooth experience with us. By booking a session, you agree to adhere to these terms.
- Non-Refundable Deposit
- To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of €100 is required. This deposit secures your session date and time. Please note that if the client fails to meet the agreed terms and conditions, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Confirmation of Session Readiness
- All clients must confirm their readiness for the session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. This confirmation can be done via email or phone. If confirmation is not received within this timeframe, the studio reserves the right to cancel the session without refunding the deposit.
- Operating Hours
- Our office operates exclusively on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this time, we are available to answer your queries, assist with bookings, and provide any necessary support.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
- Studio Etiquette
- We kindly ask clients to arrive on time. Delays may impact the quality and duration of your session. Repeated cancellations or reschedules may lead to additional fees or loss of future booking privileges.
